RETURN POLICY

clutchjewelry.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase.  Item must be returned. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email.  We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Refunds and returns are not given for custom pieces and/or work.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Clutch Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

SHIPPING POLICY

clutchjewelry.com ships over seas and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart.

* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.
* Alaska,Hawaii, and Canada orders will be charged and shipped via the UPS 2nd Day Service or faster, if requested. 

SHIPPING OVER SEAS AND TO CANADA

ALL ORDERS SHIPPED OVER SEAS AND TO CANADA ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES BASED ON THE END COUNTRY'S TAXES, TARIFFS AND DUTIES. THESE FEES ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ALEXIS BITTAR INC AND ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER UPON DELIVERY.


REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any design purchased through clutchjewelry.com.  Please email clutchjewelry@gmail.com for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number, order number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

There will be no charge for the repair.  All shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.
